Our Mission

Rebuilding The Village believes in the strength and wisdom of community and allies. We believe we have
the solutions, resources and responsibility to create the shifts and change needed to impact the
revitalization of our community.
We believe that personal power, accountability, support and acknowledged leadership contribute to a
thriving Community of color.

We will build the personal, communal and political power of BIPOC
through civic engagement and voter education.
With your support Rebuilding the Village will implement education, outreach and engagement programs
that benefit children, youth and families in Cornhill, West Utica and other areas of Utica that are within
the HUD entitlement zone.
